Returns

  • Since Most of my Products are customizable and I work by order and don't have ready made stock. Returns are only made if you receive a different design or color than you ordered, other than that returns wont be made.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

  • Due to shipping company policies opening packages upon receipt is not accepted, however, if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item you can contact us on nooge@noogedesigns.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
  • Please note that we can take action within the first 24 hours of you receiving your order. After that unfortunately no action can be taken from our side.
  • Please understand that If you change the address or delay delivery once the order is shipped, We will not be responsible if you receive the order damaged or the order gets lost, as minor changes with the courier often makes problems and might cause the products to be handled incorrectly from the courier which increases the risk of damage or lost packages.
